This policy explains what information Freedom Lifting Solutions, LLC (“FLS,” “we,” “us”) collects through freedomlifting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Crew requests. Your name, company, email, phone number, the roles you need, job location, start date, and project details.
• Job applications. Your name, phone number, email, the positions you are interested in, your NCCCO certifications, years of experience, where you are based, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Emails and calls. Whatever you include when you contact us directly.

Like most websites, our web host automatically keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to crew requests and provide our services
• To review job applications and contact applicants
• To run our business and meet our legal obligations

Where it goes

When you submit a form, it is sent by email to our company inbox. We use Bluehost to host the website, SMTP2GO to deliver the website’s emails, and Microsoft 365 for our email. These providers handle your information only to provide those services to us. The website itself does not keep a copy of form submissions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers listed above
• If you apply and we place you on a job, with that client, limited to the qualifications relevant to the work
• When the law requires it

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. If you apply, we may keep your application on file for future openings unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email info@freedomlifting.com and we will take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and job seekers who are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
